FILE UPLOAD GUIDE
A practical fixer for upload requirements
Application forms often list exact file types, dimensions, page counts, or size limits. Enter those rules, inspect your files, and verify any supported output before downloading.

Requirement to check
Your destination’s exact technical rules
Use the exact limit and format from the destination upload form. This guide does not replace or invent portal-specific rules.
Why upload forms set this rule
A file can look right but fail an upload because its extension, actual format, dimensions, page count, or byte size does not match the form. Re-entering the same rules manually for every file is easy to get wrong.
How the file is processed
The requirement parser recognizes a limited set of explicit technical rules. The validator checks the actual file facts, and a deterministic fix planner selects only operations needed for supported failures. Unsupported or unclear rules stay unresolved instead of being guessed.
Validation before download
Every generated image or PDF is inspected again and revalidated. The app shows READY only when every required supported check passes. If a safe fix is unavailable, it reports what remains unmet.
Privacy
Files are processed locally in your browser and are not uploaded to our servers. Inspection, supported transformations, and ZIP creation run in this browser. Requirement profiles are saved in local browser storage only when you choose to save them. If you use the optional webpage translation widget, visible page text is sent to Google for translation; selected files are not sent.
Frequently asked questions
What file types can I check?
The initial workflow supports JPG/JPEG, PNG, WebP, and PDF.
Can I translate the website into another language?
Yes. Open Translate in the header and choose a language. Google Translate translates the visible webpage; the selected files are not sent for translation.
Does READY guarantee portal acceptance?
No. READY means every supported requirement entered in the tool passed deterministic validation. It is not an acceptance guarantee from the destination portal.
